Ingredients
- 12 strawberries
- 80g dark chocolate
- 2 kiwis, peeled and cut into chunks
- 2 oranges, peeled and segmented
- 150g pineapple chunks
- 100g blueberries
- 100g green grapes
- 1 tbsp desiccated coconut, optional
- 1 tbsp chopped nuts, optional
- To Serve:
- Melted chocolate drizzle
- Coconut flakes
- Greek yoghurt or cream

Method
- Melt the dark chocolate gently in a bowl over simmering water or in short microwave bursts.
- Dip the strawberries halfway into the chocolate.
- Sprinkle with coconut or nuts if using.
- Place on baking paper and leave to set for 20 minutes.
- Thread kiwi, orange, pineapple, blueberries, grapes and chocolate strawberries onto skewers.
- Repeat the colours to create a rainbow effect.
- Arrange on a platter.
- Serve with yoghurt, cream or extra melted chocolate.
Notes
For cleaner skewers, let the chocolate set before threading the strawberries. Use firm ripe fruit so the kebabs hold their shape.
