Ingredients
- 250g self-raising flour
- 250g natural yoghurt
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil, optional
- Extra flour, for dusting
- Optional Flavour Add-Ins:
- 1 tsp nigella seeds
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh herbs

Method
- Add the flour, yoghurt and salt to a bowl.
- Mix into a soft dough.
- Knead briefly for 1 minute, just until smooth.
- Divide into 4 pieces.
- Roll each piece into a thin round or oval.
- Heat a dry frying pan or griddle until hot.
- Cook each flatbread for 1 to 2 minutes per side until puffed and lightly browned.
- Wrap in a clean tea towel to keep soft.
