Ingredients
- 600g pork mince
- 1 slice bread, soaked and squeezed dry
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 red pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 yellow pepper, cut into chunks
- 2 red onions, cut into petals
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- To Serve:
- Flatbreads
- Tomato salad
- Garlic yoghurt
- Chilli sauce, optional

Method
- Mix the pork mince, soaked bread, garlic, paprika, oregano, parsley, salt and pepper.
- Shape into 16 small meatballs.
- Chill for 10 minutes.
- Thread the meatballs onto skewers with pepper and onion pieces.
- Brush lightly with olive oil.
- Cook on a BBQ, grill or in a hot oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
- Turn regularly until browned and cooked through.
- Serve with flatbreads, salad and sauce.
Notes
The soaked bread keeps the meatballs softer. Don’t make them too large or the veg will burn before the pork cooks through.
